What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we may collect your name, business or property name, email address, phone number, town, postcode, service requested, previous report status, urgency, preferred contact method and the message or photos you choose to send.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange a visit, complete the requested work, keep job records and, where relevant, remind you about future EICR renewal dates.

If you tick the reminder/safety-tip checkbox, we may also use your email address to send EICR renewal reminders and occasional electrical safety tips. You can ask us to stop those messages at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your details. We only share information when needed to provide the service, operate our systems, meet legal obligations, or where you ask us to send a report to a landlord, letting agent, tenant or business contact.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job records for as long as reasonably needed for customer service, warranty, accounting, safety records and EICR renewal tracking. If an enquiry does not become a job, we periodically clean old records.

Your choices

You can ask us to update, delete or stop using your details for follow-up where we no longer need them for legal, accounting or safety record purposes. Email luke@laelectricalsolutions.com with your request.
