Pricing questions
Why are commercial EICRs listed as "POA"?
Commercial premises vary too much to fix a price up front. Send your last report or a few photos and we'll come back with a fixed quote within one working day.
Do the volume tiers apply to single properties?
The £165 and £155 tiers apply when 4 or more properties are on the same renewal register and billed together. Single properties and ad-hoc bookings are £175 each.
Is travel included in the price?
Yes — within the Northamptonshire area (Northampton, Kettering, Wellingborough, Corby). Outside that we may still travel — ask first, and we'll confirm any surcharge before booking.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or card on the day. Invoices issued on completion with 14-day terms for letting agents and businesses.
Do you offer written quotes?
Yes — every job has a written quote before any work starts. You sign off on the price, then we book the visit.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price we quote is the price you pay. The only extra would be agreed remedial work after an EICR, and that gets its own written quote before we start.
Do you charge VAT?
The written quote will show the full price payable before any work is booked. If you need a VAT invoice, ask before booking and we will confirm the current position.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (preferred), card on the day, or invoice with 14-day terms for letting agents and businesses.
